VAALA’s first priority is always the health and safety of our community. In keeping with the social distancing directives from our local, state, and federal health agencies to combat COVID-19, we have suspended all VAALA programming for the next few months.
Unfortunately, there’s no way for anyone to know when the pandemic will be over. Due to that uncertainty and out of an abundance of caution, we’ve decided it’s in the best interest of our community to postpone all 2020 scheduled events, including Viet Film Fest, Gallery Beyond Walls, and Youth in Motion.
VAALA will return in 2021, focusing on healing and reconnecting our communities through the Vietnamese arts and culture.
