Biography

Jennifer Trần, known as “Cô Phở” on Mommy & Me Vietnamese, grew up immersed in Vietnamese language education, watching her parents build The He Tre Productions and acting in their videos. This early experience shaped her passion for teaching through music and performance. When her niece, Baby Aria, was born, Jennifer and her sister, Sophie Bao Tran, were inspired to continue their family’s legacy by creating Mommy & Me Vietnamese—a YouTube channel dedicated to helping children and families on their bilingual journey. Through traditional nursery rhymes and original songs tailored to each lesson, Jennifer brings Vietnamese to life for the next generation. Now, as the channel nears its second year, Mommy & Me Vietnamese has reached nearly a quarter million subscribers, amassed over 170 million views, and built a global community passionate about Vietnamese language and culture.
